Service Description
The Emergency Paediatric First Aid (EPFA) course is a one day first aid qualification that covers a range of CPR and emergency first aid skills specifically for children and infants (babies) – because their first aid needs differ from those of adults. The Emergency Paediatric First Aid course is for anyone over 16 who has contact or works with, children and infants (babies). After completing an RLSS UK EPFA course, candidates receive a Level 3 Emergency Paediatric First Aid qualification. RLSS UK’s Emergency Paediatric First Aid training is CIMSPA endorsed, which means it has been quality-assured by CIMSPA. RLSS UK is an active member of the First Aid Awarding Organisation Forum (FAAOF) whose remit is to collaborate on best practice and maintain quality to ensure the integrity and currency of regulated qualifications.
